"The Pilates sessions that I attend with Emer are always so worthwhile-they really help to develop your core strength and improve flexibility. It's definitely an added bonus that Emer is a physio, as she is constantly checking your form to make sure that you do not injure yourself. Emer will always give you the option to extend your level of intensity, if she feels that you are ready-which ensures that you maximise your hour session. The hour sessions are relaxed, fun and Emer creates a very friendly environment, which all adds to making the experience really enjoyable. I feel that even just an hour a week makes such a difference to my wellbeing. Thank you Emer!"
